Our Story

After spending 20 years struggling with weight and fitness, reaching 18 stone, Jude truly understands how challenging the journey to health can be. Despite running regularly, she faced difficulties with nutrition until she had the life-changing opportunity to attend nutritional classes and undergo a gastric bypass. This pivotal moment reshaped not only her body but also her mindset.

Jude learned to train smarter, not harder—shifting from running to train to training to run—and was fortunate to work daily with an esteemed fitness instructor who ignited her passion for fitness. This journey inspired her to help others by creating classes that are not only effective but also enjoyable.

​

Rebounding became Jude's focus because it combines energy, fun, and results. What started with a couple of rebounders in the park has quickly grown into a team of dedicated instructors offering a variety of classes in our fully equipped gym. We’ve seen firsthand how these workouts transform fitness levels, making exercise something to look forward to.
