This circuit-based class switches between strength and cardio exercises, with each session focusing on a specific area – whether it’s arms, legs, or full-body. On Fridays, we slow things down with a focus on flexibility and body conditioning to leave you feeling stretched and rejuvenated for the weekend ahead. Each class is designed to get you moving, feeling stronger, and ready to take on whatever the day brings. No two sessions are the same, making it the perfect way to stay engaged and energised!
